• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a balance remains at the time of the request and is eligible for withdrawal under the Terms & Conditions, it will be refunded.

• Bets failing to register or losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Funds lost due to the user's own error.
• Third-party service provider error.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical issues.

That said, 2227bet always works to resolve issues promptly and takes fair steps to compensate users who are affected without fault.

If you have a complaint, please contact 2227bet's support team in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• For complex cases, our senior team will review the matter and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
• In any dispute over betting outcomes, 2227bet's records shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.

2227bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email.
